The OASIS program (Outpatient Alternative with Supportive Intensive Services) provides intensive community-based wrap-around services to youth and families going through the court process. The program consists of individual and group counseling, parent support and prosocial activities. Services are available in both English and Spanish. The OASIS Program is designed to make certain that youth appear at their court hearings and do not re-offend between the time they are released into the community and the time they return to court for their disposition hearing.

Minor DUI Diversion Program

The Minor DUI Diversion provides educational group counseling to youth convicted of a DUI and referred by juvenile probation. This program, designed to satisfy the diversionary needs of juvenile probation, focuses on the overall negative effects of substance use and particularly the devastating effects of drinking and driving. This program includes an eight session weekly group treatment series for referred youth as well as an initial comprehensive intake to include both youth and parent(s)/guardian(s).

In some circumstances, DMV will require classes for youth to obtain restricted licenses. Our program does not meet these DMV requirements. Teens will also learn about the effects of alcohol as well as other commonly abused drugs and how use of these substances negatively impact their life in a variety of areas such as: health, motor skills and judgment.

Comprehensive and informative curriculum reinforces teens’ ability to accurately self-assess their pattern of substance usage and the life problems it causes. Services provided in English.

Who Qualifies? Youth who have been convicted of a DUI

What is the Cost? The cost for this program is a total of $380, consisting of one intake session at $60 and 8 group sessions at $40/session. Full payment for the program is expected at the time of intake.
