Homeless Youth & Youth At-Risk of Homelessness
Counseling Services
The YouthCare Counseling Program provides counseling and support services to youth with Medi-Cal who are homeless and at-risk of homelessness in Santa Cruz County. We support youth and families involved or associated with the Rebele Shelter, Families in Transition, Santa Cruz County Office of Education’s Students in Transition and those in need.
Who Qualifies? Youth that are homeless or at risk of homelessness, ages 4-20. Must have Medi-Cal.
What is the Cost? No cost to the youth and their families
