Welcome to  S T R A N G E
The hub of queer youth happenings
in Santa Cruz County

STRANGE is program of Youth Services and S.C.C.C.C.

STRANGE’s mission is to empower and support the multi-racial, intersex, transgender, queer, bisexual, lesbian, gay, and questioning youth of Santa Cruz County and their straight and adult allies.

STRANGE is a youth-run program and is the hub of queer youth activities in Santa Cruz county. We actively collaborate with other queer and youth-serving organizations and Gay/Straight Alliances (GSAs) to create needed safe spaces.

STRANGE provides opportunities for support, socializing, and activist work. Our objective is to build a strong community and end the social isolation often experienced by LGBTIQQ youth.
