The Payroll Administrator maintains personnel files for all regular employees of SCCCC. The following forms, documents and information are retained in personnel files:

All changes in payroll data require a Personnel Action Notice (PAN). The following changes must have authorizing signatures:

Employment or re-hire

Change in position
-
Change in percentage of time worked

Leave of absence
-
Voluntary and involuntary terminations

Change in salary or pay rate
-
Change in salary alloction to funds (a Salary Allocation Change form may be used if there are no other changes)
