Each of the four service components (Child and Family Development Programs, Youth Services, Community Recovery Services, and Community Support Services) has a Component Director who is supervised by the Executive Director. Each of these Component Directors, plus the Executive Director, makes up the Leadership Council.
This team (plus the non-voting Chief Financial Officer, Director of Development and Community Relations, and a representative from the Personnel Committee) meets the second Thursday of each month from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. to consider agency-wide and personnel issues; the meeting may be extended to 11:00 a.m. if emerging issue(s) are added to the agenda. These are open meetings and minutes are recorded. Leadership Council may also meet on the fourth Thursday of the month if there are issues needing to be discussed.
