Microsoft Outlook is the sofware program used throughout SCCCC to create, send, and receive email. Your supervisor will assist you in setting up a user name and/or password to access your email using Outlook.
Outlook Web Access (OWA) is a version of Outlook you can use to check your work email from home or another location. To use OWA, enter https://owa.scccc.org in an Internet browser, type in your email address as the user name, and your network password as the password.
Click here for instructions on how to use the new OWA.
In Outlook, Public Folders are the last set of folders in your Outlook Folder List (left-hand side of your screen). Click on the "+" sign to the left of the folder to gain access to the sub-folders or folder content.
In OWA, at the bottom left hand corner of your screen, you will find menu bars to different areas of Outlook Web Access, one of them being Public Folders. Click on the Public Folders menu bar and a new window will open. Click on the "+" sign to the left of the folder to gain access to the sub-folders or folder content.
