IT Mission Statement
The Information Technology Department supports Santa Cruz Community Counseling Center by providing secure, consolidated, innovative and cost-effective IT solutions to our partners. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service in an IT environment where our partners can be productive and effective.
The IT Department is responsible for

assisting you with any computer hardware or software problem you may experience.

ensuring the Agency's networks, computers and servers run efficiently and are secure.

providing staff training sessions related to computer, software, email, and ezLabor.
For assistance, email HelpDesk@scccc.org, and you will be contacted within 24 hours. Or, if you can't send an email, consider using a co-worker's workstation. Another alternative is to call 469.1700 for assistance. To expedite your request, please include the following information in your email to HelpDesk:
- Your first and last name.
- Your phone number and extension.
- The component you work for.
- Location of your computer.
- Site name and address.
- Computer ID (check label attached to your computer--example: CRS-FX-235-1156).
- Nature of the problem.
- Date and time the problem started.
- How long you have experienced the problem.
- What you were doing when the problem occurred.
- What's not working now?
- Include any error message(s) you receive; use exact wording, if possible.
While your IT issue is our primary concern, due to the volume of calls HelpDesk receives, we must set repair priorities. These priorities are listed below:
- Number of people affected.
- Business interruption
- System maintenance.
- All other general user problems.
- New installation.
