AWE - Affirmative Work Environment

AWE started in January 2007 with a group made up of staff from each component. The AWE Team came up with a Vision and a Plan of Action for SCCCC. This plan was approved by Leadership Council and Personnel Committee in September 2007. One major action item was to have quarterly themes with events and information that staff could use to improve their work-life balance.

Our theme for this quarter is Health and Wellness. Please take some time to review these items and see how you can incorporate them into your life for better health and wellness!
