Deferred Judgment Program/PC 1000

Deferred Judgment (Court Diversion) provides an alternative to incarceration for first-offenders. Counseling services are offered by trained, professional staff in a relaxed, comfortable environment. We are an authorized PC1000 provider for Santa Cruz County. The program consists of ten (10) two-hour group sessions and two individual sessions.

The program satisfies the requirements of most California courts.
